I’m a leadership coach by trade, a professional human by experience, and someone who’s navigated more than my share of personal and professional plot twists.
Change isn’t theory to me, it’s something I’ve had to walk through, rebuild from, and learn to embrace.
Possible is built on the core pillars I believe create real, lasting transformation. Self-awareness, curiosity, growth mindset, authenticity and the ability to act even when it’s uncomfortable. These aren’t buzzwords. They’re the tools I’ve used in my own life and the ones I’ve seen work for others, whether they’re leading a Fortune 500 team or leading themselves through a new chapter.
I bring compassion, irreverence, and a sense of humor to everything I do. I’ve helped executives lead better, humans grow braver, and people unlearn the outdated rules about how we’re “supposed” to live.
Along the way, I earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and an M.S. in Global Affairs from Rutgers University, but my most valuable education came from navigating change in real life.
I’ve chased awe across continents, climbing mountains, hiking wild trails, standing under skies so full of stars they didn’t look real. I’ve camped out for months on African safari, wandered through national parks until my legs ached, and found myself grinning at landscapes that made me feel both tiny and infinite at the same time.
I’m curious about everything, and there’s nothing like a majestic view to knock the noise out of my head and remind me why I love being alive.
I’m obsessed with people, nature, awe, novelty, and anywhere I haven’t been before. This space is where I put it all. Coaching tools, true stories, shaky truths, and the occasional WTF moment so you can see that change isn’t magic. It’s possible.
